Cauliflower cheese roasts

250 g cauliflower – grated or chopped in a mixer – this is how I do it
100 g tender oat flakes
100 g aromatic, grated cheese
50 g herbs crème fraîche
1 – 2 eggs
1 -2 Garlic toes – pressed
1 onion – dice or grate
possibly 1 – 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
Salt, pepper, paprika powder, mustard, nutmeg,
possibly chilli, parsley…

I know it’s a bit of work to chop the cauliflower, but it’s worth it!
Mix and shape everything well.

Bake in a greased pan for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Or-
Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes

I tried both and it was both super delicious. But the roasts in the pan still have that delicious roast aroma. So perfect!
Also a delight when cold!

Add salad and herb curd cheese – mmhhh
