Gnocchi-mushroom-pan

300 g gnocchi
250 g mushrooms (I always use a mixture of white and brown) – quartered
2 onions – diced
2 cloves garlic – diced
1 squeeze of lemon juice
100 g cream cheese with herbs / alternatively vegan
100 ml white / rose wine
150 ml milk / alternative Vegan
Salt, pepper, parsley

Cook the gnocchi in salted water.

Fry the onion and garlic until translucent and add the mushrooms.
Sauté everything together and then deglaze with the wine.
Simmer until the wine is reduced. Now add the milk, cream cheese and lemon juice.
Mix everything well and season.

Add the gnocchi to the pan, toss everything well and sprinkle with parsley.

Add a nice mixed salad and you have a wonderful meal.
