Fried gnocchi with mushrooms Vegetarian / Vegan
400 g gnocchi
1 onion – diced
2 cloves of garlic – diced
250 g mushrooms – diced
Olive oil for frying
Salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, parsley
Squeeze of lemon juice
Optional: Toasted sesame seeds for topping
Fry the gnocchi in olive oil for a few minutes on all sides.
Add the onion, garlic and mushrooms and fry as well.
When all the ingredients have a nice crust or everything is fried golden brown, you can season.
If you fancy a topping of sesame seeds, toast them briefly in a pan (without oil) in the meantime.
A really simple and quick dish, which nevertheless makes a difference and tastes really good.
