🍓🍷🍫 strawberry red wine chocolate jam…

950 g strawberries
Gelling sugar 2:1
50 ml red wine
50 g dark chocolate

Mix strawberries and sugar, puree, bring to the boil, add chopped chocolate and cook for about 4 minutes. I add the red wine at the end of the cooking.
Fill into glasses!

Simply heavenly!!

Note:
Home-made strawberry jam quickly loses its colour. You can see it when the upper part of the jam turns
slightly brown in the glass.
To overlay the unsightly brown tone, you could, for example, add a small amount of black currant,
Add elderberries or some beetroot juice.
