
Strawberry Marzipan Jam
StrawberryMarzipan, the best there is….Delicious even for those who don’t like marzipan!!😋🍓🌱💚
900 g strawberries
100 g raw marzipan paste
500 g strawberry jam sugar
Mix everything with the hand blender, bring it to the boil
and cook for 4 minutes until bubbly.
Fill up and put the lid on!
A delight!
Note:
Home-made strawberry jam quickly loses its colour. You can see it when the upper part of the jam turns
slightly brown in the glass.
To overlay the unsightly brown tone, you could, for example, add a small amount of black currant,
Add elderberries or some beetroot juice.
