
Veggie CousCous patties
250 g couscous ( cooked )
1 onion – cut into small dices
1 garlic clove – finely diced
100 g mushrooms – cut into small dices
1 carrot – finely grated
About 25 g flour
2 eggs
½ Feta – cut into small dices
Salt, pepper, turmeric, paprika powder, cumin,
parsley, possibly chilli
Fry the onion, garlic until transparent. Add mushrooms and also
sauté them.
Then mix all the ingredients and form them into shape.
Fry in sunflower oil until crispy on both sides and drain on a kitchen towel – after all, there is “a little” fat in the pan.
We serve delicious, homemade carrot salad and
homemade yoghurt-garlic dip.
