
Zucchini Lasagne
One of our favourite recipes – Zucchini Lasagne with peas
Lasagne sheets
1-2 Zucchini – coarsely grated
180g frozen peas
1 onion – cut into dices
2 garlic cloves – cut into dices
1 tin of tomatoes
1 tbsp of flour
1 tbsp of tomato paste
2 tbsp. processed cheese
200ml cream/vegan alternative
200g grated cheese/ vegan alternative
olive oil, sugar (only a pinch), salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, parsley, paprika, some chilli
Fry the onion and garlic dices in olive oil. Add the zucchini and peas and fry them briefly.
Dust it with flour and stir it in.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, cream and processed cheese and season everything well.
Fill a greased baking dish with the lasagne sheets, the zucchini-pea-mixture and cheese.
First add the sauce thenn alter between layers of lasagne sheets, cheese and sauce. Finish with sauce.
Sprinkle everything with cheese and let it bake in a hot oven by 200°C fpr about 30-40 miniutes.
Serve with mixed salad – simple and super delicious!!
