Stuffed peppers with vegetarian minced meat
4 peppers
250g vegetarian minced meat
150g mushrooms – cut into slices
1 onion – cut into cubes
2 cloves of garlic
200g grated cheese
2 cups of sour cream
1 tube of tomato paste
Cut of the top of the peppers, remove the pips, wash them and cook them in salty watter for 5-6 minutes.
Pour them off and put them in a greased baking dish.
Fry the onion and garlic cubes in olive oil, add the vegetarian minced meat and fry it together. Add the mushrooms as well.
Season everything well.
Mix the sour cream with the cheese and tomato paste – in order to create a toping
Stuff the peppers with the minces meat mixture and top it with the sour cream-cheese toping.
Put the leftovers into the baking dish as well.
Let it bake in the oven by 180°C for approx. 25-30 minutes.
You can serve it with rice.
