Baking sheet spaghtetti
Easy, fast and extreamly delicious!!
300 g spaghetti
1 leek
1/2 paprika each (red, green, yellow)
180 g mushrooms
150 g frozen peas
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
200 ml cream
1 tbsp tomato paste
3-4 eggs
200 g grated cheese
salt, pepper, parika powder, basil, oregano, thyme, parsley, chili…
Cook the noodles until their firm to bite.
Fry the vegetables in a pan and mix them with the cooked noodles.
Mix the eggs, cream and chees and pour them on top.
Mix everything again.
Put everything on a baking sheet (greased or baking paper)
Put it by 200°C in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
