Pasta with tomato sauce
200 g noodles – cooked
1 can tomatoes – pieces
1 onion / shallot – diced
3 cloves garlic – diced
2 tbsp tomato paste
pinch of sugar
Salt, pepper, basil, oregano
Optional: Black olives, cream cheese / vega cream, cheese / vegan alternative
Cook the pasta until al dente.
Fry the onion and garlic until translucent and sprinkle with sugar.
Briefly fry the tomato paste and deglaze with the tomatoes.
Season everything well and serve with olives and vegan cream to taste with the pasta.
We also like to eat a bean salad with shallots – mmhhh.
