
Fried Gnocchi-Vegetable-Pan
300 g gnocchi
150-200 g mushrooms – sliced
1/2 – 1 courgette – cut into thin slices
1 small tin of sweetcorn
1 red onion – diced
2 cloves garlic – diced
1/2 cup cream cheese pepperoni / vegan alternative
Salt, pepper, parsley
Olive oil for frying
Fry the gnocchi nicely in oil.
Add the onion and garlic and fry briefly.
Now add the rest of the vegetables and fry them too.
Once the vegetables are well fried, stir in the cream cheese until a creamy mixture is formed.
Season well and sprinkle with parsley.
Add a nice mixed salad and you have a wonderful dish.
