
Strawberry cake
Crispy crust with sponge cake base (this is already half the recipe)
Crispy base:
125 g flour
¼ Pack of baking powder
50 g sugar
100 g margarine
Stir and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper with a rim, press down and with a fork
pierce a few holes
180 ° hot air approx. 11-15 minutes (floor should be slightly brown)
Biscuit base:
4 eggs
120 g sugar
Stir with the blender for at least 5 minutes
120 g flour
½ pack of baking powder
Mixing, sieving and
Gently fold in the dough little by little.
Put the dough into a baking tin with a rim (do not grease the rim)
Bake at 180 ° for about 15 minutes.
Let the dough cool down and “stick together” with jam
Cover/decorate as desired….
