Rye bread with sunflower seeds

Rye bread with sunflower seeds

500g rye flour
130g sunflower seeds
450ml lukewarm water
1/2 dieced yeast
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp. aplle vinegar
2 tsp. fine salt

Crumble the yeast and dissolve it in the lukewarm sugar-water.
Take 3 tablespoons of the flour, add it to the water, stir it and cover the whole thing with a cloth and let it rest for about 10 minutes in a warm place.
Afte 10 minutes, knead the remaining ingredients with a hand miver.

Put he dough into a greased form (I like to use seperating spray) and let it rest again – for about 35 minutes.

If you like you can add grains on the bread and bursh water on it.

Bake it in a hot oven at 200°C for about 1 hour.

Let it cool down and enjoy it!!
